Pickup and Drop off Services where work is conducted from our office will incur different charges and rates depending on the location and job details. Parts and software extra. Some parts may need to be ordered and may take some time depending on the model plus age.

Onsite Service Charge

$90 first hour
  • We come to your location
  • One Hour Block Minimum Callout
  • Diagnosis of the Problem
  • Usually Solved in the first hour
  • Recommendations for any extra work
  • Same Day Priority Service incurs a premium

Half Hour Blocks

$25 Per Half Hour
  • 30 minute blocks after the first hour
  • No work done without your consent
  • General Service done for any extra time
  • Written report on what was wrong
  • Advice for avoiding the issue
  • Parts, Software & Licenses extra
